About the Job: Ashish Wanjarkhedkar, our Senior Manager of Technical Support, needs a sidekick. We want someone who can help customers with tech stuff and be a pro at solving problems. You’ll be part of a cool global team, using email, phone, and video chats to save the day.
What You’ll Do:
- Talk to people and help them with tech issues.
- Learn about our products and become a tech superhero.
- Solve problems and work your way up to being a tech expert.
- Dig into articles and documents to figure out solutions.
- Test things out in our lab to fix reported issues.
- Keep a positive vibe when chatting with customers.
- Team up with global buddies at Perforce.
What You Need:
- A degree or some practical experience in tech stuff.
- 1-3 years of fixing tech problems or handling systems.
- Quick learner who can pick up new tech tricks.
- Troubleshooting skills on Windows and Linux platforms.
- Know a bit about how software development works.
- Bonus points if you’ve used Salesforce or Jira.
- Understand networks and how they work.
