Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Trainee, you’ll be part of technical teams, working closely with mentors to learn about QAD applications, systems, and software. Your primary work environment will be virtual, but occasional travel to a physical office may be needed for collaboration and relationship-building.
Responsibilities:
- Help global clients by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Work with mentors to handle simple application problems.
- Follow defined quality standards and procedures.
- Create and update documentation.
- Learn and adhere to support processes and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Education: Recent college graduate with a preference for a technical degree.
- Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience.
- Computer Skills: Familiarity with MS Office, Progress, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and Open Source technologies.
