Job Summary: As a Badging Officer for one of Pinkerton’s important clients, your job is to manage the creation and upkeep of access cards and oversee who can enter company sites in a specific area. You’ll work closely with local managers, employees, and others to make sure everything runs smoothly. Besides knowing the technical side, this job is also about being good with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stick to Pinkerton’s values of honesty, watchfulness, and excellence.
- Make sure badge operations follow the rules for the whole company.
- Keep an eye on badge and access applications using systems, meeting the rules for response times.
- Help plan new projects in different offices.
- Keep an eye on the system that controls who can enter certain areas and talk to the global team for access requests.
- Be the go-to person with the Corporate Security Badge Office to help with badge operations.
- Keep track of badges and records in different offices.
- Do other tasks assigned by your manager.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
- At least two years of experience and good knowledge of access controls, badge operations, and customer service.
