About Nivoda: Nivoda, a fast-growing jewelry marketplace, needs a Media Operations Team Leader in Mumbai. We’re a cool company with offices in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Amsterdam. We connect people buying and selling jewelry in a super easy and cost-effective way. We’ve grown a lot, and now we need a Team Leader to handle our media stuff.
Job Overview: We want someone awesome to lead our media team. Your job is to make sure our jewelry pictures and videos look great. You’ll also help us grow so we can handle 200,000 items each month.
Responsibilities:
- Keep things super safe during your shift.
- Count and check precious stones every day.
- Take charge of making jewelry look amazing in photos and videos.
- Manage the team and make sure they do their best work.
- Motivate everyone to reach our goals.
- Make plans to hit targets and teach your team what to do.
- Give tasks to your team.
- Train your team so they become experts.
- Review how everyone is doing each month.
- Help the company grow by being a great leader.
- Make our workplace awesome.
Requirements:
