Job Description – Process Associate – Customer Service
We’re seeking individuals who are naturally curious, eager to learn, and thrive on pushing boundaries. As a Process Associate – Customer Service, you’ll play a key role in addressing customer queries and concerns, providing excellent service, and maintaining a deep understanding of client processes and policies. You’ll also be responsible for identifying areas for operational improvement and escalating product bugs as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and concerns
- Support data collection for account recovery
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrate critical thinking and analysis
- Work well both independently and in a collaborative environment
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome
- Previous experience in customer service (chat/email/voice) preferred
- Effective probing and analytical skills
- Excellent proficiency in written English with a neutral accent
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
