Quality Assurance job in Amazon

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow the test strategy to create test plans and test cases with minimal guidance.
- Work with a team and mentor new team members or interns.
- Use automation tools to automate repetitive tasks or test cases, with room for improvement.
- Raise issues appropriately and apply existing test solutions to meet project needs.
- Write and execute test plans for small components or features and report bugs with all necessary details.
- Monitor and report on operational and quality metrics, and identify inefficiencies in the test process.
- Understand basic test methodologies and apply them to team projects and the QA process.
About the Team: The ISG Team works to ensure the success of Amazon Sellers worldwide. They focus on providing a seamless experience for Sellers at every step of their journey, including listing products, automating decision-making processes, and providing strategic selling recommendations. They also partner with Amazon Business to drive revenue and continuously improve the catalog created by Sellers.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of engineering practices for software/hardware/networks development
- Familiarity with coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations
