Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Engineer at our Saswad facility. The Trainee Engineer will be responsible for collaborating with our senior engineers to Service & Spare, Sales, Electrical, Production, Quality and Stores Department. The Trainee Engineer will also assist with drafting project proposals, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all projects are completed to our exacting standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Bachelor’s of science (BSC) consider for freshers in Sales and Service.
⚫ analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CAD software and other related engineering tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Attention to detail and accuracy
