Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Tele Caller to join our team in Mumbai. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Your primary goal will be to provide information about our products and services, answer queries, and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and providing assistance
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on leads generated through calls and other channels
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages will be a plus)
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in relevant field will be a plus
