As a member of the AWS Support team in Amazon Web Services Private Limited (AWS India), you will be at the forefront of this transformational technology, assisting a global list of companies and developers that are taking advantage of a growing set of services and features to run their mission-critical applications in India.
- Solve Customer Cases:
- You’ll primarily be responsible for solving customer cases through various channels like telephone, email, and web/live chat. Applying advanced troubleshooting techniques, you’ll provide tailored solutions for our customers and dive deep into the root cause of issues.
- Learn and Use Latest Technologies: Every day will bring new and exciting challenges as you learn and use the latest technologies in the Cloud.
- Interact with Leading Engineers: You’ll interact with leading engineers around the globe, partnering with Amazon teams to help reproduce and resolve customer issues.
- Voice of the Customer: Be the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal Amazon teams on how to improve services.
- Drive Customer Communication: During critical events, you’ll drive customer communication.
- Improve Support Processes: Drive projects that improve support-related processes and enhance customers’ technical support experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong Database and Linux skills.
- Comfortable with Database Internals and networking technologies (DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, DHCP, Load Balancing).
- Passionate about cloud computing and world-class support.
