Job Description: NCR Corporation is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Help Desk Representative to join our team in Mumbai. As a Help Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. You will diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, escalate problems to appropriate teams when necessary, and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues related to NCR products and solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and technical solutions in the help desk ticketing system.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support documentation.
  • Participate in training sessions to expand technical knowledge and stay updated on new products and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
